If the Rock n Roll hits of the past get your blood racing and your heart pumping, then rock and roll dancing is for you. Learn to shake, rattle and roll to steps such as the Sugarpush, the Octopus or the Kaboose to your heart's content.

Rock and Roll runs as a 4 week course - once you've completed the Beginner's Level you can move up to the next level. It's a fast and snappy dance to suit every dancer with incurably tappy toes.

Martine and the enthusiastic Troc staff will have you dancin' the night away with great music. You'll learn to turn, spin, dip and cuddle and have plenty of opportunities to practice socially !

Bring a freind along to class or come on your own. The atmosphere is positive and there's plenty of fun to be had by all ! Our Rock n Roll classes are held in four week terms.
