The Beginners CD includes one track for each of the dances covered in class. There are a total of 10 tracks on this CD and includes an instructor counting
with the beat and rhythm of the music. Dances included are Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Waltz and Jive

  

Intermediate Volume One CD includes one track for each of the dances covered in class. Dances included are Cha Cha Cha,Mambo, Waltz and Jive.
